I am a product designer passionate about identifying customer needs through user research and translating them into compelling experiences that target user behavior. I thrive in highly collaborative environments, building cross-functional relationships.
I am currently leading the redesign of the feedback experience at eBay to improve buyers’ trust when purchasing.
Previously, I worked with multiple startups in projects ranging from concept definition to design implementation in areas as diverse as consumer credit and industrial IoT.
